2. Data we process
Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: your names, email address, phone number (optional), wedding date and location (optional) and the content of your message. While browsing, technical data (e.g. IP address) may also be processed for security and anti-spam purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed exclusively to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to protect the website from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). No data is used for marketing purposes, sold, or shared with third parties.
4. Storage
Enquiries are delivered to the Controller's email inbox. Data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is established.
5. Third-party services
The website is hosted on OVH servers (EU). Some pages embed third-party content which may process technical browsing data: Google Fonts (typography), Vimeo (video playback) and WhatsApp (contact link). Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
